Do I have to have dance experience?
No. Vibe Dance Studio welcomes new students of all ages and abilities. A
NYONE can dance @ VIBE DANCE!
How do I know which level of class to take?
Age guidelines are included in our timetable, however if you are still not sure please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more information.
Can I observe classes?
Yes! At the end of every term we have Parent Watching Day! On this day we welcome parents in to observe their child's dance classes and ask questions regarding the class and their child's progress.
Is there opportunity to get feedback about my child's progress?
Yes. You can email us at any time (email@example.com) to discuss your child's progress. Our mid-year reports are a also great tool for feedback on your child's progress. Parent/ Teacher interviews are also encouraged.
Do I have to participate in performances?
It is not compulsory to participate in performance work. Although not compulsory, we do encourage all students to perform in our Annual Dance Concert at the end of the calendar year. This helps students build confidence and show off their skills they have learnt throughout the year.
Will I be required to purchase costumes?
If you perform in the Annual Dance Concert, costumes are supplied by Vibe Dance for a small hire fee. All solo costumes are the responsibility of the solo artist and their parent/guardian.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $50 registration fee per family.
What do I need to wear?
The Vibe Dance Studio Uniform can be purchased directly through the studio for your convenience. Please refer to the uniform requirements page - http://www.vibedancestudio.com.au/uniform-requirements/
Do I have to wear dance shoes?
Dance shoes are important to wear whilst dancing to give correct support and stability for the student wearing them. To keep costs to a minimum, Vibe Dance Studio sells the following items at discounted prices.
