Each dancer is enrolled for the full calendar year up to and including our end of year concert. If your dancer would like to change their class throughout the year, written approval must be sought from the principal. Changes will be approved based on class availability.


Fees are based on the entire year divided into 4 terms. Each term invoice will be issued approximately 2 weeks prior to the term commencing. Once enrolled you accept responsibility for all invoices issued to you.

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

Direct debit can be arranged for weekly and fortnightly instalments. Please contact us to arrange.

Students joining mid-term are charged on a pro-rata basis.

Failure to pay fees by the due date will incur a 20% late fee and possible exclusion from your dancer's lessons.

Missed Lessons

If a student misses a class due to personal circumstances they may attend a 'make-up' lesson (subject to availability) during the same term in which the class was missed.

No refunds or credits can be provided for classes missed due to personal circumstances.

Public Holidays

Vibe Dance Studio does not hold classes on public holidays. Fee adjustments have been taken into account where possible. No additional credit/ refund will be issued.


Four (4) weeks notice must be given in writing of your intent to cancel your dancer's enrolment.  Failure to give appropriate notice will result in a $20 administration fee. You may also be required to pay the following terms fees and or concert fees as applicable.


If any classes are cancelled by Vibe Dance Studio prior to the commencement of the term, Vibe Dance Studio will refund in full, any payments made (relating to cancelled class only).

No refunds will be given if a student ceases classes after the commencement of the term. See also cancellation terms above.

Should any class be cancelled during the term, all efforts will be made to contact the parents and their students to advise of such cancellations as soon as possible.  Students will be invited to attend another ‘make-up’ class during that term.

Our fees are all-inclusive! There are no 'hidden' fees.

  • concert costume bond (returned at the end of the calendar year) *conditions apply

  • concert ID lanyard

*Please note if commencing after term 1 (ie. in Term 2, 3 or 4) there may be a slight pro-rata fee to catch up on the annual  costume hire and bond.*

Discounts apply to students attending multiple classes and siblings.

Private lessons are available by appointment only.

Upon registration you will be also offered a uniform voucher to get you started and a complimentary welcome gift.
